  • Yeah, unfortunately, it is going to happen. And mostly because the humongous global corporates are designing it. I'm guessing they're hoping the peons will eventually kill themselves off. I mean, what global corporation ever went out of business due to war or public welfare programs? Think about this deeply.

  • This is in direct correlation to the number of idiots who believe that "EVERY BODY GETS TROPHY." Just like all typical morons they do not know that ANY government generous enough to "give" you everything you want is also POWERFUL enough to take away EVERYTHING you have.
    I can hear the lead up to this now (from Bernie, Hit-Ler-y, et al) "WE WILL GIVE EVERYONE A BASIC INCOME OF (say $2000) A MONTH, HOWEVER, TO RECEIVE THIS INCOME YOU MUST:
    1) Surrender ALL weapons
    2) Only speak approved words/terms
    3) Never doubt us (we think we are gods)
    4) Obey no matter what we tell you to do
    5) Private companies will be outlawed government will run everything
    6) ALL money & anything of value including but not limited to labor BELONGS to the government (we are benevolent after all)
