A complete and total overreach. It's bad enough an audit recently found leaders in the Tulsa county sheriff's office have been abusing their power for a decade and policies being ignored, now I gotta worry about this crap. Damn okies.

Fortunately for me, my entire experience with Oklahoma consists of driving through the panhandle from Texas to Colorado and back again, in the 1980's.
I will never go there again.
It looks the same now as it did then. It's barren. I drive through there when going to Colorado from Tulsa.
There must be some terms and conditions
Just avoid Okrahoma like a Hitlery Clinton Meeting invitation...
Color me sceptical; if such a device existed every cop in the country would have one, and we would have heard about it long ago.
