Lucky the tractor wasn't destroyed or the operator electrocuted. There is going to be a lot of shoveling to do.

Don't be too quick to judge. Last week I visited with a farmer from central Iowa whose corn bins had been in a flood and had 48 inches of rotten hard corn on the bottom of the bins and no way to get it out. Desperate times call for desperate measures and this may have been an unfortunate circumstance where the farmer is just trying to find a way to empty the bin and it went wrong.
Or it could be one of those Demotards who moved to the country and he just did what demotards do....screw up everything.
