The major share of the blame for this massacre goes to the bureaucracy at the Federal, state, and local levels; they refused to do anything that would put another minority student into the school disciplinary statistics.
Looks like Mommy had a hand in this...wonder if Little Boss Hogg is gonna Bring this up? His 15 minutes of fame is over, but this could get him another 30 seconds of fame, since he is an attention whore that might make him happy.
