  There's already been a 15,000-vote swing after counting absentee military ballots, and now they're looking at 12,000 votes from dead people. Now c'mon, we know every single one of those dead people voted for the Democrat... the trouble is, this is where that court decision to destroy digital images of ballots comes in. If they can't determine who those dead people voted for because the images were destroyed, Moore can't do a thing about it.

  • He should be able to sue the Secretary of State, maybe get the election de-certified? I don't know the law, I'm just saying what would be right.

  "At 1:36 p.m. Monday, a Montgomery County Circuit Court judge issued an order directing Alabama election officials to preserve all digital ballot images created at polling places across the state today. But at 4:32 p.m. Monday, attorneys for Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill and Ed Packard, the state administrator of elections, filed an "emergency motion to stay" that order, which the state Supreme Court granted minutes after Merrill and Packard's motion was filed. By granting the stay, the court effectively told the state that it does not in fact have to preserve the digital ballot images - essentially digitized versions of the paper ballots voters fill out at the voting booth - created today."

  • According to what I just googled, the court is entirely made up of ELECTED justices. This makes absolutely ZERO sense, unless they are all swamp dwellers and are willing to give up this seat in order to derail the Trump agenda.

    • I just find it strange that in an election with unprecedented Democrat turnout, the state went to court to immediately destroy digital images of ballots cast. Why in the world is destroying digital images such a priority for them? Call me a crazy conspiracy nut if you want, that seems like a strange desire for the people running an election.

      • Another election screwed by those who fear a honest open election. Roy Moore was a flawed candidate. Strange was a swamp dweller favored by the usual rinos. All the anti Trumpers think they’ve stopped him and Bannon. Well in many cases you learn far more by losing than winning. The playbook for 18 has been exposed. Trump will fight back, now will the lame rinos either grow a backbone and some stones, or will they lay down as in the past?
