San Francisco Bay Area Experiences Mass Exodus Of Residents. It’s getting so bad that the inmates are escaping the loony bin.
“I loved it here when I first got here. I really loved it here. But it’s just not the same,” Dabak said.
“We don’t like it here anymore. You know, we don’t like this sanctuary state status and just the politics,” she said.

Die, California, die.
The problem is they are like Herpes, where ever they go they spread their crap and think they are still in charge. Put a fence around the bay area and make them stay!
Of course the Progressives are unable to connect the dots between large open-air latrines sprinkled among enclaves of millionaire housing and the exodus of the middle class.
Unfortunately they're still demcrats and they will be diluting the voting pool as they head south.
FTA, “You can’t even contemplate getting into the housing market here,” Hancock said. “And I don’t mean just service workers, but highly skilled professionals. The tech elite are having a hard time affording reasonable housing."
Just service workers? The tech elite and highly skilled professionals? Democrat elitist mentality. These dipsticks are coming to Austin and voting democrat.
Living in Texas and having a son that attended the University of Texas, I can assure you that Austin has been reliably Demonrat for several decades. Its sort of like being a little pregnant. and more sperm will make you "more pregnant".
Austin has always been a liberal stronghold in Texas but some damn good music has come out of that city!
Yeah, I watched them coming into the Reno area and ruining it. They're so stupid, they move away from the wreck caused by bad policies in California and immediately start trying to enact those same policies in their new state. All you can do is shake your head. There's a clue you look for to tell you when the California moron influx has reached critical mass: when you hear more from political candidates about "gender" than about police, fire, and education, that's the time to get out.
They're so goddam stupid in SF they have been arguing for years about giving the police tasers. Then when the police shoot somoene (because they don't have tasers) the same crowd starts screaming about police shootings. I wouldn't be a cop in SF if they paid $1million a year salary.
I hear the masses of dirty, obnoxious, sometimes dangerous homeless people in SF has started making tourists stay away. I was there maybe ten years ago and was not impressed. Since then, I hear it's gotten way worse.
Yeah they have like 65 - 85 car break ins per day or something like that. It's always the fault of the person who left something locked in their car. Talk about spin.
I live in an area where you can leave your car unlocked in the driveway overnight with the keys in it, where you don't lock your house door unless you're going away for vacation, and where they have one cop patrolling 36 square miles... maybe. (Nobody really cares if he's actually around because he's almost never needed.) A couple years ago my neighbor's teenager had a temper tantrum and broke a coffee mug on the kitchen floor. They called the cops and two cars showed up. People talked about the crime wave for months.
Went to a company class a few years ago with a guy from way up in BF Maine. Same thing, no locks and left keys in the car. He noticed his gas consumption was way off and thought someone was siphoning gas from his car at work. One night he looks outside at 3AM to see his car pull into the drive, the neighbor kids hop out and run back to their house. They had been 'borrowing' his car for months. When he sold his house the realtor asked him to bring the house keys to closing. He had no idea where they were and neither him or his wife could remember if they got keys when they bought the home!
Yeah, I don't have a house key. Sounds insane, I know. Generally the door is unlocked and besides I have an attached garage with a door opener... why would I need a key? If the door is ever locked and I come home during a power outage, I'm screwed. But then, if you think about it, why would I want to be there during a power outage anyway?
I do have a house key, I just don't remember where I put it.
That is why I live on the eastern plains of New Mexico. The misplaced New Yorkers and Californios have overrun our larger cities like Santa Fe and Albuquerque and are turning them into the same dumps they left in first place. The liberal idiocy of politics has invaded us but they know better than to come to the vast rural parts of our state, we don't put up with them and they cannot hide.
