The letter, which comes after a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) probe that questioned the agency’s “ability to protect the White House and its occupants,” called on the U.S. Secret Service to find ways to maintain the necessary level of staff.

Maybe they're disappointed in the new rules that cut back their hooker use.
Could be a double trouble issue. They're not happy with their current boss, but with only 9 months left, why quit now, unless you also don't want to work for Hitlery or Trumpertantrum.
Maybe this is a way for Obama's brownshirts in the DHS to take over....Sounds slightly familiar to a certain point in German history doesn't it?
