Another 'inconvenient truth' regarding green energy. Sure, it works. Sort of.
Every wind farm I ever drove by looks about like 10-15% of the windmills are trimmed and spinning. The rest are always aimed at odd angles and barely turning or not turning at all. So in reality maybe only 7% are actually producing enough energy to harvest; sounds about right ( right pronounced as 'royt' ) mate!
Everybody I know hates to ride through wind farms with me because I love to count all the non-working windmills. The statistics are horrible. Basically, it isn't economically viable to maintain or repair the stupid things so when they go bad they just stand there like giant monuments to stupidity.
Have the Aussies started a body count for heat-related deaths yet? Or would that be considered irrelevant by the Down Under chapter of the MSM? Or is renewable energy considered a victimless crime?
The envirotards call that a win-win. They save on burning fossil fuel and reduce the population simultaneously.
