How apropos that Commiefornia is China, since China exerts so much influence there. And it's run by Communists.
The New Mexico comparison is way off. 1.8 million is the number of known guns in my state, the number no gooberment fool knows about is probably close to that number if not over. Per capita I doubt any state is as heavily armed as we are, New Mexicans are funny that way.

That list is registered firearms, and doesn't reflect reality.
Truthfully, as long as the goobermint is deluded into believing these are all the guns in the country, it's better for us.
Right on.
I was thinking the same about Louisiana, a gun control advocate here is somebody with only 3 guns
Ahh, good ole Switzerland.
LOL. They require everybody to own a gun, don't they?
I have no idea, but we okies do like our guns.
I think you are right. If I remember right the Swiss have no standing army so everyone is also required to serve two years in their "military", including women, so they can mobilize quickly if the nation is threatened.
I believe Wyoming has the highest gun to population ratio. Interestingly enough, there are fewer murders there in a year than there are in Shitcago almost any given month.

BTW, that link has commentary that obviously pushes an anti-gun agenda on each photo.
While this list is lengthy, it does not include categories like pistols, which make up a large percentage of the guns in the U.S. As such, the total numbers of guns in each state would actually be much higher than the figures here.
I note that they only count registered guns. That apparently does not include inherited or privately purchased. From what I know of my friends, relatives, and general acquaintances, I would say that the number of guns not registered is at least double that of the registered. Come and take them indeed.
If they only counted registered guns, then these numbers are nowhere close to the real ones. The other thing is, like Trickie said, most of those guns are in the possession of a few owners. I don't know any gun owner that has only one gun.
BTW, I forgot to tell you guys about this:

It's still on sale for $72.99 plus shipping.
Ah, you mean Honduras?
It's really kind of a silly comparison. A more concise one would be gun violence per capita compared to legal firearm ownership per capita.
Even that wouldn't tell the whole story because of all the illegally obtained firearms out there. Someone might have purchased a gun legally, never fired it outside a range, have it stolen and used to commit several homicides by some criminal who doesn't GAS about the law.
I mean you've got groups like Al Qaeda, Boko Haram and Isis/Isil/whatever and I highly doubt they obtained their weapons "legally."
The map is misleading. It doesn't take into consideration the total populations.
Another dipshit comparison.....Like I give a shit about China, or Switzerland or Honduras....
