  • About eight years ago this dipshit was investigated for filming kids changing at his home before using his pool. The school district police investigated it after a complaint by a student, but the District Attorney (Then John Phillips) buried the damn thing and it never went anywhere. I saw the report and it was damning. This guy is a pervert first class. He has a little buddy named Sam Phant who is also a shit disturber and tried to be a cop in Stockton but couldn't pass the psychological test or background. and that was blamed on the school district police who eventually fired the officer who did the investigation..how convenient. Stockton is and always will be a corrupt shithole.

    This is also the idiot who showed at a press conference wearing a gladiator helmet and carrying a sword, and the first damn thing I thought of was the scene from Airplane, where the pilot asks Jimmy if he likes gladiator movies.....
