Supreme Court Deals Heavy Blow To Environmentalist Group

• I worked for Fish & Wildlife for four years. Don't get excited about any litigation between them and any environmental group. Trust me on this, they are all on the same side, all flaming asshat liberals on both sides of every case, all of them intent upon only one thing: screwing the American taxpayer. When Fish & Wildlife personnel go out for drinks in the evening after the courtroom is closed, they meet, socialize, and plot with the environmental groups--they don't socialize with any sort of conservative.

  • Yep. Decades ago I was married to a judges daughter. I was at the police range in the PD basement with him one time and here comes the prosecutor, defense attorney and they dragged us out of a shooting session about a case. His chambers were also in the same building so off we went. The dude was tried, convicted and sentenced before his trial. Good old plea bargain.

• About time they got something right, but wait until the Sierra club finds an Obama judge for the appeal, they will correct that.
