Supreme Court Tie Dooms Obama Immigration Policy

• A 4 to 4 tie is better than nothing, which shows how important the next nomination to the supreme court will be. If the Obummer had gotten his way and forced another liberal justice down our throats the lower court ruling would have been overturned.

  • I will say that the one AND only thing the McConnell senate has done is this. Is that worth not fighting Obama the fascist from day one? I would have to think on that for days. The Turtle has let tens of leftist federal judges through and given all the money Preznint Sh!t Midas has wanted.....plus some through. What has happened is a 1 compared to an 8 on what they promised to do in 2013.

  • What does that even mean? I mean... seriously? Why is it always race and color to him? Is he implying that the US is a racist country and didn't want people here for some racist reason? Or that all in all the US is entirely xenophobic? EVEN with the forced immigration of Africans, many United Staters welcomed that in order to have slaves. It is not until slavery was abolished, that many became virulently anti Black, but their immigration was welcomed by many (except for those against slavery of course, but it wasn't about the color of skin it was about their ideology).

    The United States as a country and as whole has a long verifiable history of always welcoming/wanting (in some cases desperately) immigrants (be it for good or ill (like in the case of slaves)). Have there been individuals, groups and factions that may be anti ILLEGAL immigrants? Sure, but even if half (doubtful is that much) were about the immigrants nationality or even color or skin, the other half are just because of the economic issues that involves non regulated immigration.

    There MIGHT BE some who have a problem with this, but I have never heard anyone in the US say anything against legal immigration. Legal immigration as far as I know has never been a problem for everyday people in this country nor politicians (again there maybe some who are so virulently racist and xenophobic that even legal immigration is a problem, I just don't know of them on the public arena).

    Basically the US' stance on LEGAL immigration has been clear and once here, everyone is encouraged to pursue their happiness, but the results are never guaranteed, that is up to the person.

  And here's hoping HRC loses in November.

• Get the Kleenexes ready for quagmire and all the open border, illegal advocates. Quagmire is all upset so he has to have a hurried up press conference to fend disgust and fake outrage.
