I'm just waiting for full on break up of CA from the USA. I think at least 1/3 of the rest of the nation would say good riddance, & that might be conservative.

The article says the assailant has been arrested seven times this year, but is homeless. Why isn't his home the county jail? Oh, yeah; because...California.
