Start by putting in jail those who did nothing while children died. Start with the wrongdoing, see who flips, and then go from there. There is NO reason for you to just stand there and do nothing foodle

WTF? You're the chief. If you walk into the school during a shooting, why are you there if you’re not in charge? And I do not believe that grown men could stand around for more than an hour without knowing who the F was in charge. That is just an obvious lie. HE wanted to wait for shields and keys and SWAT team, so HE was obviously in charge. He just wants to try to lay the blame on someone else.
Is this loser the guy who was just elected to city council? So now he's moved up to a position of even more responsibility? I think it might be better if they ran him out of town on a rail.
He was elected to the city council - in secret.
