The end of the Republic. SCOTUS rejected the Texas lawsuit for not having standing. Goodbye freedom, it was nice while it lasted.

  • Now that we’ve all been disenfranchised, guess it’s time to go with the disobedience be it civil or violent, this theft has to be dealt with. I’m PISSED that the thieves are permitted to think they’ve gotten away with this. The right refuses to stand UP and say “this is wrong” they want our support when it’s time to run for election and as soon as they get it. We get the 🖕and told to STFU. Guess what lefties and so called righties, we are NOT going to STFU. We’re going to push back. American Patriots are NOT going to allow for the power whores to go unchallenged right or left. 74 million + spoke up and very clearly. Now it’s time to make those voices heard by actions, peaceful or if by violence so be it. It’s time to FIGHT. They started it, now it must be finished.

    • I thought it was the liberals who are violent? Pretty scary to see conservatives threatening violence since they can't handle the fact that Trump lost.

  • I am so sick of the courts doing this, the cowardly cop-out of saying every lawsuit that is about the most important stuff is dismissed for not having standing. They did this constantly with lawsuits against Obamacare. How can the fact that the election was stolen not give every single American standing? If four or five major cities can steal an election by CHEATING, how does that not give every other state in the union automatic standing? If Americans cannot go to the polls and make a change because the elections are rigged, and the courts are too cowardly to do anything about it, what other option is there?

    • It's stated in the constitution that States make their own election laws and if you don’t like the way they did electors you can challenge them in the house.

      There was no election fraud as mentioned in several court cases.

      Biden is your next President.

      • State legislatures make their own laws, that's the only way it can be legally done. Instead, we had election bureaucrats and state judges making up new laws. That's not how it supposed to be done according to the Constitution. Some Soros-funded Secretary of State cannot suddenly say, "Hey, let's all vote by mail now!" That ain't legal.

        Hey Hoser, as you noted the Constitution says the legislatures will direct the election: "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors...."

        As CO2Insanity noted there's no mention of governors, judges or others permitted to change election laws.

        Biden may be the next President but he certainly had to cheat to get there.

        • At least in PA, the PA Supreme Court ruled that the pandemic made the current statutory provisions unconstitutional.

            Democracy wins and Biden is the next President.

          • Your question was pathetic in several ways. My quote above explains why the PA Supreme Court ruled in the way that they did.

          • Again you refuse to answer the question. Which is, again, an answer in itself. The Pennsylvania SC, according to your own link, ruled that because of the flu bug liberals are in such a tizzy about, they are okay with suspending the Constitution... just long enough to cheat Biden into the White House. And your unwillingness to address that issue says you are okay with that decision. So what will be the next issue the Deep State uses to suspend the Consitution? and how long will it be suspended next time? and at what point will you, too, suddenly wake up and realize what you lost?

      • It also states the State Legislature makes the laws not some dumb fuck Governor or Secretary of State.
