Trump and O’Reilly cave in to gun control. Feel that establishment collar tightening around your neck? Turns out there is no second amendment presidential candidate, nor is there a second amendment news network.
O’Reilly: “There is too much gun crime in the USA, and high-powered weaponry is too easy to get. That’s the fact. So let’s deal with it.”
Trump: “I will be meeting with the NRA, who has endorsed me, about not allowing people on the terrorist watch list, or the no-fly list, to buy guns.”

Okay, so we have one presidential candidate who's against gun control: here's the Gary Johnson campaign:

I had never really planned on voting for anyone other than Johnson.
Like I said the other day, once Katrina Pierson was on FOX talking up gun control, I knew Trump sucked on that issue.
Molon labe.
That was really the last straw with me on OReilly.
And just how are they going to determine who's on the so called watch list? Oh I know, make the NRA cough up it's membership list.

The minutemen would have been on the "terrorist watch list" in 1775.
I called this on Trump days ago when I saw his spokesbitch Katrina Pierson on FOX News, talking up gun control.
1. Just a reminder that this would not have in anyway stopped San Bernardine, Chattanooga, Fort Hood, or Orlando. A ban on muzzies would have done all, or just common sense and stopping PC attitudes toward muzzies.
2. Oreilly is a close leftist on 95% of all issues. Just as Fox news.
"Chris Cox, director of the NRA Institute for Legislative Action, clarified Wednesday that the NRA "believes that terrorists should not be allowed to purchase or possess firearms, period."
He said those on a watch list who try to buy a gun "should be thoroughly investigated by the FBI and the sale delayed while the investigation is ongoing." If there's evidence of terrorist activity, he said, the sale should be blocked and the suspect arrested. "
Has the NRA gone soft on the 2nd too, IHTM?

Answer to your question: yes, apparently, because owning a gun is a Constitutional right and being on a watch list doesn't happen with any sort of due process, so in effect they are advocating depriving Americans of due process.
Plus, I notice that you have ignored the fact that Trump also included people on the no-fly list, which is a list about a light year long, with people on it who simply have the wrong name or who pissed off a grabby TSA agent at the airport; a list fraught with problems and mistakes; and a list which is too easy to get on and almost impossible to get off. Is that really what you expected from your "make America great again" candidate?
This would all be OK by me, but only if the no-fly list, and all watch lists, worked under due process. At this time, they don't.
When the First Amendment was created there were no high powered printers or high def video cameras yet we don't have to get government permission to buy either of those. Libtard logic is an oxymoron.
