Uvalde police, school district no longer cooperating with Texas probe of shooting. People (cops, teachers, school officials alike) who did nothing wrong don’t need to stop cooperating and lawyer up. Non-cooperators should be fired.
According to sources, the decision to stop cooperating occurred soon after the director of DPS, Col. Steven McCraw, held a news conference Friday during which he said the delayed police entry into the classroom was “the wrong decision” and contrary to protocol.

The cowardly bastard has now been elected to Uvalde city council. Failure to act is called malfeasance. Those who followed this order are also guilty of malfeasance. You MAN UP and do what you have sworn to do. Allowing children to die while you are standing around or hunkered down is WRONG and just plan chicken shit. The locals had held an active shooter drill two months ago. Was standing down and around part of that exercise? There are lots of questions that MUST be answered.
