  • The little militant ferals where i live are complaining that the rich have left and gone to Costa Rica, and how racist they treat the Venezuelan citizenry, and how it's all their fault, and how it's the West and capitalists who are provoking the people, and of course, how socialism really does work if its opposition would only fall inline, and so... on and on and on.

    • You must live near a college. It's hard to find that much stupid in one place otherwise.

  • Here's what really gets me.
I was driving around the other day and passed a Citgo gas station. This is the official gas station of Venezuela.
They are priced about ten cents higher than the rest of the gas stations in the area, including Mobil and Shell!

    • They should put a sign out calling for all revolutionaries to fill up their SUV's and bicycles at Citgo!

  • This is insane. So much going on in Venezuela and this is the one thing he will go hard for? Jailing business owners because they can't no longer produce...

Didn't I say that this was the natural next step in a thread a while back? What if this man decides he wants to leave Venezuela? He will have to pay a lot of money or he won't be allowed to leave and forced to work for the government. It is insane.

  • I guess the dumbass isn't smart enough to figure out that it takes ingredients like barley, grain and hops, simple products but necessary, to brew beer. If Maduro would pull some of the money he has stolen from the country out of his ass and help the breweries they might be able to start up again.

  • Alcohol keeps the masses pacified and at bay. It works everywhere. Look what happens where they don't have alcohol.

  • No Barley, no beer. Looks like the bus driver needs to cough up some cash and buy some grain.
