I don't even know why this is an issue. The gov dropped the charges. Should be it. Why continue to waste the court's time and taxpayer's money on this? Because ORANGE MAN BAD?
I listened for awhile. What a fiasco. Watch them walk it back to Sullivan so he can drag it out forever.
