    • So it seems what you're seeing is not the DNC paying Trumps, but a spreadsheet of Trump campaign expenses which must have been stolen by the DNC and then attached to an email. Which raises two other scandals: one, how did the DNC get the spreadsheet; and two, why in the bloody hell do so many of the Trump campaign's expense items involve payments to Trump family members and Trump companies? Are they running a presidential campaign or a Trump Family enrichment scheme?

  • Hey all. I've missed you lately.
    I got in a heck of a spot.
    The real estate agent I do remodels for has me backed up for weeks, and to top it off, a friend of my wife moved here last month, and hired a painter to do her house. Well, she kept adding work to his list, and drove him so crazy, that he quit on her, and now I am doing double duty. At the end of the day, when we finish the job we're working on for the real estate agent, I end up taking one of my guys over to the wife's friend's house to work on remodeling her kitchen. By the time I get home, I shower and pass out!
    I may need to hire extra help just to get through this.

    • Extra help? In the oasis? I don't speak Spanish or any other Central American language, but I swing a mean hammer et al.

      PS: just don't forget about the spiders... snakes I can do but arachnids? (been kicking around a change in latitudes, not 'there' yet but still kicking it)

      • LOL!! Just finished rewiring a mobile home. It was a foreclosure, most of my work is, and the people that lost it decided to go under it and cut all the wires right at the bottom of the sub floor under the breaker box, and then they followed them about 20' away and cut them again. Leaving me with no idea which circuits went together, and also having no idea where the wires were until I crawled around under the damned thing for 2 weeks locating them all. I won't bore you with a count of the spiders.

    • One of my sons-in-law has a brother who just moved to Florida last year, and he's a jack-of-all-trades in construction. He's working for one of those companies that do insurance work. I'm guessing he might be open to some extra work. Shamefully, I didn't pay much attention to where he is in Florida. Where are you?

    • Dummy Washerwoman Schmutz needs to stay in as the DNC chair. She has done more to hurt the brand than anyone else! We need her to keep putting her foot in her mouth.

      • It IS real, Check out the reaction of the lady asking questions. Hillary needs to be worked up to find out what caused this. It is not normal.

        My lady, who is an RN, but educated far beyond that level, said that anyone exhibiting this behavior NEEDS to be carefully checked out.

    • Whoa, I've heard some of those "family members" speak and this could get ugly. The Michael Browns of this world do not generally come from eloquent stock. And writing their speech for them might not help because some of them don't look like they can read. I'm guessing Hillary will be very selective about who gets to speak. This guy who just got shot in Miami seems like a nice guy, and he's very eloquent, and the police seem utterly in the wrong, so if Hillary can get him out of the hospital in time...

      • This is what the Republican establishment has arranged, to make sure conservatives don't ever get the nomination. They have specifically arranged that Democrats will vote in Republican primaries. I think they expected another RINO like Romney--Jeb or Kasich or someone--but they got Trump. After thinking about it, they decided even Trump is better than Cruz, who might upset the crony politicians' applecart.

        And the rules changes that should have been voted on according to convention rules with a roll call vote, in addition to possibly allowing bound delegates to be unbound would have changed the primary rules to stop Democrats from voting in the Republican primaries. That was Cruz's main goal at this convention, to get Democrats out of the Republican primaries. The RNC made sure it didn't happen. They like it the way it is.

        Basically, liberals in this country select the candidates for both parties.
