Research the number of Chinese that have had their phone services discontinued since all the ChiCom virus started. The last count was over 30 million. There is a reason to check out the discontinued services, all working Chinese are paid through their phone, all tickets are purchased and sent via their phone. So if your phone services has been discontinued, there is a HIGH likelihood that those with the phone number have been discontinued.
The Chinese population is getting older and all are "promised" to be taken care of until they die. What better way to "lighten" the burden for those who are working than to have so many be discontinued.
