Who Is The World’s Richest Man? Jeff Bezos Loses Top Spot To Bernard Arnault. Yes indeed. All that stimulus and extra unemployment money has been going to buy Louis Vuitton gear and Hennessy. We’d place a bet the same people haven’t paid one cent of rent during this entire fiasco.

On Monday, Arnault’s net worth reached $195.8 billion. The founder, chair, and chief executive of Moet Hennessy-Louis Vuitton, a company that includes luxury brands Louis Vuitton, Christian Dior, Bulgari, Tag Heuer, Sephora, Hennessy, and Tiffany, surpassed Bezos, who is listed at $192.6 billion, according to Forbes.

  • Those are portfolios beyond my imagination and comprehension.
No wonder they are different than us.
    Just how different are they?

    • Well, doing some rough calculations in my head, if you have 190 billion dollars invested at even a moderate rate of return, you will need to spend about $30 million per day to stay even with the increase. That can't be easy, spending $30 million per day. Makes me feel sorry for them because of how much work it must be spending at that level.

      • I'm sure it must be a tough life, but I'd be willing to live on one days interest for the rest of my life.
