Day 3 - no verdict. Hmmmm.
Some of the jurors are scared to acquit. Worried they’ll be dozed. MSNBC made sure of that.
“Hung jury?” How are we supposed to know anything about the sexual organs of jurors?

Should have declared a mistrial with prejudice about a month ago.
Should never have been charged.
If anything but acquittal, judge will declare a mistrial. He wants to give Kyle a chance to get cleared. I think the jury wants to acquit, but a few are scared for their lives. So hung jury?
