And we have no idea what is going to happen to the loons at Twitter. Maybe the lawsuits will go their way but maybe the board and top management of Twitter will end up in prison. It could go either way. They have a lot of angry investors to mollify. All they had to do was accept Musk's offer and give him the information he asked for and stockholders would have had a big payday. Now the stock is tanking and people all over the world are pondering whether Twitter is even worthwhile as a platform, let alone as an investment.
