Citizen asks question on ATF Facebook page

• I am not too worried about the ATF going after those that are critical of them on facedork. First the ATF would have to find them, and they are still looking for the guns Holder "lost" so it might be a while.

• I thought I knew where to put a suggestion for IHTM but have spent too many seconds finding out that in fact I don't, still.

  As always the communist takeover artists deploy the 'its all about the hunters' deflector shield. Little andrew could have gained many new participants in his propagandizing had he continued with the actual concern of the Constitutionalists and that hasn't got anything to do with hunters or their (non-existent) Constitutional right to hunt or be a hunter.

  The First Amendment protects speech that is designed to piss off the government and is not limited to the words of entertainers. The Constitution is designed stem to stern, top to keel and all abeam to contain the government under the rule of the people. It is the people that tell the government where and how far to stuff it, without fear of government retaliation.

  The Second Amendment put teeth in the jaws of those who guard the First Amendment. None of the rights enumerated anywhere mean a thing when the government cannot be compelled to obey the will of the people, by force if necessary.

  When some putz says 'But you and your guns can't stop the government and its tanks.' remind them of pictures that show people stopping oppressive government tanks like that guy in Tiananmen Square or perhaps Boris Yeltsin atop the tank in August 1991. Also point out that those little people would have rather enjoyed an easier job of it had they been armed with modern rifles.

  The Military men and women who might be tasked to repel a rush of millions are actually people who would in most cases otherwise be among those millions. Even well armed divisions see reality. Only sycophants would support a futile war against their own millions of patriots.

• The BATF has lost more firearms in their "Sting" operations, then the French when they surrendered back in June of 1940. They need to have the "reassigned" agents subpoenaed so they can spill their guts about how Holder and Quagmire's shitty gun control idea got a lot of innocent people killed.

• BOOOM! Of course, he will be audited this year.

• What cracked me up too was when Jared Maxwell kept using the word "trannysactions".

• That ATF facebook page has a bunch of comments from people who seemingly don't like the ATF. I'm shocked at the level of cynicism directed at a federal agency. (that's sarcasm)

  The ATF posted a flowchart trying to explain how ATF rules are created. Step 1: Congress pass statute. The first reply" So before step 1, according to your flow chart, Congress needs to pass a statute. Since Congress passed no statute, you must have an alternative "path" that starts with Obama and jumps right to Step 10?

• Hope that poster likes his IRS rectal exam.

  • Forget the IRS, he's bound to be raided at 3 am by BATFE, cuffed, his house destroyed in the search for illegal weapons, and jailed for 72 hours before being charged with whatever they can trump up.

  • I am so damn paranoid about the Feds that I have no doubt people writing negative comments on the ATF's facebook page are being put on the IRS rectal exam list.

    • It's only paranoia if they're not really after you.

• It should be obvious at this point that the rule of law does not apply equally.
