They need to return the awards and resign in shame. Simple as that. Yellow journalism should never be rewarded and should be punishable.
Actually, given that Pulitzer and Hearst were in on the creation of "yellow journalism" in the 1890s, this award is probably deserved.
A few years back Hearst Bought KCRA in Sacramento, now they are a large piece of shit as far as news goes. Always left leaning and covering stories that are not even news. Their big story during our last storm? A reporter standing next to a garbage can that got blown over..a plastic garbage can that was empty, they also had an Anderson Cooper Moment with a reporter standing in water, about 6 inches deep talking about Massive flooding. When the camera panned down the street there was a clogged drain, you could see the leaves in it. Like all left leaning outlets every story is a major concern, a disaster or will bring the villagers out to riot.
