According to the study by Genevieve Briand, assistant director of the Applied Economics master’s degree program at Johns Hopkins University, “The number of deaths by COVID-19 is not alarming. In fact, it has had relatively no effect on deaths in the United States.” The study was published Sunday. By Thursday the university had deleted it, explaining that “it was being used to support false and dangerous inaccuracies about the impact of the pandemic.” Notice they do not dispute the accuracy of the study.

Another CEO commits corporate suicide. The CEO of Expensify, an expense reporting software company, sent an email to millions of customers telling them to vote for Biden because a vote for Trump was “a vote against democracy.” Customers were not impressed.
