Why would they want to move? They're very well catered to there.

Had a bunch of family stuff, a couple deaths and I ended up with a house I didn't want and the occupant was a hoarder who never took care of anything, So I basically became a contractor/yard service/painter/ garbage hauler, plumber trying to fix up the house..took all my time... still gonna be hit or miss till I get rid of this thing...
Holy crap. Both my grandmother's and my mother were hoarders, but they were organized hoarders. Still no fun. Good luck, glad you're back.
My next door neighbor had a similar situation with a relative who was a hoarder that they had to move into a nursing home because of dementia. There was a lot of work but they found over $20,000 in cash stuffed in cubbyholes around the house as they cleaned it out. I asked if they wanted my help cleaning that house, but they suspected my motives...
