9/11 Never forget, always remember. Where were you when this happened? My wife woke me up, told me what was going on. I didn’t believe her until I went into the living room and saw the TV. Man was I pissed. I still am.

On Sept 11th of every year, the footage should be played over and over. That way all those who claim islam is a religion of peace can see for themselves what it truly is. A religion of hatred and bigotry. NEVER for a single moment forget that.
They should also play the footage of muslims dancing in the streets, celebrating the attacks; those would be the moderate ones.

I was stationed in Hawaii. So it was only 0430 or so. A friend who was on watch called and woke us up. My hubby was so nonchalant about it at first. I thought he was joking. And I couldn’t figure out why they were talking about hijackings. Wasn’t it a bomb?

17 years ago today I had just left home for work. My wife called and told me I had to get back home NOW. I thought the house was on fire or she had hurt herself or something. When I walked in the door she didn't say a word, just pointed at the television. I got back home just in time to watch the second plane crash into the South Tower.
I didn't go to work that day. My wife canceled her appointments with clients, we just sat and stared at the television. Then the news came out about a plane hitting the Pentagon. Another crashed into a field in Pennsylvania. The Twin Towers came down. And officials were starting to speculate, this was a terror attack against America.
We sat on the sofa, tears of frustration, sorrow and rage running down our cheeks. And some of that rage lives on today as the idiots in our government let terrorists come here because they are "refugees". That rage lives on as more American lives are lost in the middle east, and more money wasted, trying to help people who hate us. And the sorrow lives on for all the brave men and women who have died fighting this stupid thing call a war on terror. From the first responders who died when the towers came down to those killed at the Pentagon to the brave people who forced a plane down in a Pennsylvania field to the soldiers who have lost their lives in foreign lands, the rage and sorrow lives on for them.
