A California Judge May Have Just Sunk All Those Climate Lawsuits Against Energy Companies. I wouldn’t get too excited. This will probably land in the 9th Circuit Court of Schlemiels and we all know the BS they’re capable of pulling out from under their robes.

  • The Kalifornicate Attorney General is suing everyone and getting his ass creamed everywhere. After the 9th circus court of appeals, the case can go up the ladder to be dismissed. Our A.G. is dumber than a box of rocks and spends a lot of money suing people, and sometimes the other party gets to have their legal fees paid by the state because of his stupid moves. He is just a fat libtard with a tiny brain. But then Ass Clown Jerry Brown appointed him so we all knew that was gonna end badly. I hope these energy companies turn around and sue the living shit out of Kalifornicate.

    • The only problem is, when they sue the state, the money comes from you. It's not like the Atty General or Jerry Brown will be coming out of pocket.
