There have been allegations that this shooting has been whitewashed by authorities. The attorney for the Babbitt family lobbed a serious allegation that Ashli was ambushed when she was shot. There are other experts who question the use of force protocol concerning this shooting.”

I don't see how this changes the narrative. Mind you, I think the shooting was totally unjustified, but whatever she was doing while the hooligans were breaking the glass, however innocent she looked then, she did try to crawl through that window. So what has changed? The lawyer's surmise that she tried to crawl through the window to escape violence is rank conjecture, unsupported by anything. There was no violence on that side of the door other than the hooligans breaking the windows. And if the cop who was calmly standing there could walk away in the other direction, so could she. In fact, she could have left with the cop.
The fact that she tried to climb through the window is problematic, but how in the hell did that warrant the use of deadly force? She didn't have a gun! She didn't have a knife, or a club or any weapon. Why couldn't Byrd have gone over there and pushed her back? Shooting Ashli was unnecessary. It was cowardly. Was it ordered?
You may have to do some digging to find it. Byrd is a racist and an Anti-Trump individual. Any other LEO would have been charged with murder. Her actions did not meet the force continuum that all of us are taught. You well could be onto something about who ordered it
The continued attacks on Babbitt by the left media and the shit show called January 6th cluster has driven this release of the video. Yes she could have gone with the officer. She did not, yes she was climbing through the broken glass. However, she was NOT a danger to the executioner Byrd. As the Capital is covered with cameras at every angle, why has not all of the video been released and I mean all of it.
I agree completely. All you have to do is imagine if this has been a white cop shooting an unarmed, leftwing, black woman... we would already have Babbitt statues in major cities and a national holiday called Babbitt Day, and the cop would be hanging from a gibbett in the Capitol rotunda.
