Sessions needs to start looking at a few bank accounts. Someone has to be buying these judges in some way, why else would they risk sounding so dumb knowing they will be overturned if it gets to a higher court?
Something has to be done about our judiciary system. It is clearly broken. I don't know what the solution is but I think it's going to be necessary to start inflicting consequences on these judges who make egregiously bad rulings. I think, if you are a local federal judge who makeas a silly ruling and, in addition to the silliness of the ruling, you make it apply to the whole United States instead of just your jurisdiction, you should immediately lose your position.
