It was only a federal felony, no big deal in Commiefornia.
If we had a DOJ worth two cents they would be going after all sanctuary states and town. They should be arresting governors, mayors, city cop chiefs, county sheriffs, anyone in a position of power or law enforcement who is not enforcing our immigration laws.

It is time to just bring federal obstruction charges against this "mayor". Just for shits and giggles, charge her with accessory after the fact in the murder of Deputy Singh.
Trump is correct, the sanctuary cities refuse to participate and support ICE, then turn off the federal money. Let them whine bitch and moan to a federal judge. It is no different than tying highway funds to drinking ages, seat belts and many of the other federal regulations that are put upon the states and cities.
