I seriously don't understand how this hasn't be done until now. Even if they are Christians... people don't be morons, you have to do things differently, not just go over there, you have to encourage locals and South Koreans to do the work, you who are a westerner can help, but it must be done ninja like... Martyrdom and suffering for the Gospel and Christ is something that is unavoidable in the situation you are naturally involved, putting yourself in an avoidable situation to me is stupidity and not using the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Pray, encourage, supply, donate, use TECHNOLOGY, going over there physically to proselytize is not wise. The same with Iran and pretty much every Islamic hellhole. Believe me, the Lord ALWAYS has remnants and locals who will do the work, what they need from us is prayers, encouragements and supplies (and TECHNOLOGY).
