With this ruling, it paves the way for Gen Flynn to now seek monetary damages from all those who attempted to railroad him. Did you see they released Strzok's notes? In them, they note that while it was acknowledged that Flynn's calls were all legit, Barky and Biden still insisted that DoJ go after him. Biden EXPLICITLY said use the Logan Act.
