When there's an attack. The Senate needs to under Article III section 1 remove these judges for not being under good behavior. They have permitted terrorist to enter. They have permitted rapist and murderers to enter. They have permitted diseases to enter. All because they feel like it. The US Constitution makes it very clear who has control of foreign policy. It sure as hell not fools in black robs.

The Red Eye guys were discussing this last night. They likened judicial overreach to a dictatorship. Basically you have unelected officials, with judges being the dictators, imposing their will over duly elected officials. Who cares what the people want, we will give them what we want to give them.
