"The warrants were served Wednesday in connection with a five-count indictment that charges the three with making false statements to obtain immigration benefits for one of the defendants. The marriage fraud case stemmed from the terror attack investigation and led to the arrests of Mariya Chernykh, 26, of Ontario; her sister, 31-year-old Tatiana Farook, of Corona; and Syed Raheel Farook, the 31-year-old husband of Tatiana Farook and brother to Syed Rizwan Farook. It was not immediately known if the three have hired attorneys."
Are we to seriously believe that the only place evidence was found to back these charges was on that phone? 'Marriage Fraud'? Me thinks a goat somewhere spilled the beans on some infidelity.
I guess we got Capone in Income Taxes violations...
The DOJ isn't allowed to prosecute for anything related to terrorism. They're afraid of being called racist for picking on the poor Muslim refugees.
