A better backlash would be if half the parents pulled their kids out of that school. Kids in the classrooms mean funding, fewer kids means less funding. Pretty simple and I don't know why more parents don't use this tactic to take control of their schools. Lose enough kids and the school board would be tripping all over them selves to kiss the parents ass hoping they would let their kids back in that school.
I agree. I sure would have. I’m sure many parents did, thus the school realized their mistakes.

The article indicates that school officials believe "chanting" is a better way for children to start the school day than "reciting", because children need to know how to gin up a mob and trample on the Constitution.
