Award-Winning Actor George Kennedy Dies at 91

• I was in Juneau, AK in the mid '80's with my girlfriend visiting friends for 4th of July weekend, so we go to the parade on the 4th, and George and Patty Duke Astin were MC's for the festivities. They were riding in the back of a convertible Cadillac waving to the crowd. George was smiling and waving, looking sporty in his maroon Member's Only jacket! I remember it well. RIP, George.

• Another one of the good guys is gone.

• Didn't matter what movie he was in, I loved them all. I thought he was great in whatever roll he played. Too bad we have no more actors with the same standout qualities.

• Thunderbolt and Lightfoot was another one that he played an excellent part in.

• Kelly's Heros, The Sons of Katie Elder, The Eiger Sanction, Cool Hand Luke, so many movies and George was good in every role he played. Westerns, war movies, drama, comedy, George Kennedy was one of the greats and will be missed.

• He was great! The Eiger Sanction is one of my favorites.

• If you have an oldies channel that shows "The Alfred Hitchcock Hour," you need to see the episode called "Misadventure," with the ultra-sexy Lola Albright and George Kennedy as her nerdy husband.

        • I guess The demotards led by Ass Clown Jerry Brown didn't want any more porno companies moving to Las Vegas, The killed the idea of Porn Stars wearing condoms and goggles.

• I've actually seen enough movies to know who he was. Sorry about that but 91! G-D bless him and his family and rest in peace.
