    Clear backpacks don't do anything except make us look stupid. We want to be safe, not uncomfortable. The only thing that can really have an impact on our safety is gun control

    These are just two statements from the little dweebs who want to ABOLISH the Bill of Rights. Instead of TRYING to comment on that aspect of things the former needs to concentrate on SPELLING LESSONS and the latter should make up her mind if something is uncomfortable or embarrassing BEFORE she complains about either. Especially in view of the fact that COMFORT and NOT BEING EMBARRASSED IS NO WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION where as GUN RIGHTS ARE!

    I cannot stomach the punks and the fact that these little bitches are being given a platform...this entire thing reminds reminds me of the movie "IDIOCRACY" and the IDIOTS are these kids and their PARENTS for letting this go on as long as it has. IF THE PEOPLE OF FLORIDA WANT TO ELIMINATE THE 2ND AMENDMENT FROM THEIR STATE LET THEM DO SO BUT; LEAVE THE REST OF US THE HELL ALONE!!!! I highly doubt anyone any where is going buy a gun then drive from say Arizona to FL just to shoot a bunch of people they don't know and never met...unless of course they are a DEMOCRAT and a Crazy BERNIE supporter. MAYBE, JUST MAYBE WE SHOULD HAVE DEMOCRAT CONTROL NOT GUN CONTROL!

  • This is what bureaucrats always do, punish the innocent by exerting more control over their everyday activities, rather than dealing with the bad guys who cause the issues in the first place. They're too stupid to ask themselves whether this would have stopped the shooting that just happened. A kid who has decided to mass murder people is not going to worry about whether he has a f--king ID badge, is he? And whether that whacko carrying a rifle into the school has a clear backpack or not is rather irrelevant, isn't it?

    • I can see the thought process as this will help stop those coming in with knives, but again this stops the innocent until proven guilty aspect of our justice system that this country is built on.
