You can buy fully automatic weapons online, they're called Air-soft.
And the easiest way I know of is to get one through his "Wingman" Eric Holder's little illegal program.
I think you can, sort of. It's all semantics. You can order and purchase it online, but you're still gonna go through the FFL and pay a crapton of cash for it. No barry, you can't conduct the entire transaction from the privacy of your home on the puter and have Fedex hand it to you.
Or you could wander into the obama country part of Chicago and buy one illegally and likely much cheaper.
You need at least a class 3 FFL, secured storage, inspection by ATF, tax stamp, all has to be in order and you have to buy from another FFL...I know I got the class 3 FFL....Working on obtaining a fully automatic rifle. (Pre 1968)
And its for collectors only.. (The Class 3) I can't turn around and sell any weapons purchased with this class of license for a number of years and can only sell to another FFL..
But couldn't i order one online and have it sent to class 3 FFL? Get the necessary paperwork, taxes and fees done in person with the FFL when the weapon arrives?
