Yeah, Joe and Hillary are both displaying clear signs of senility. Did you see where Biden promised to rejoin the “Paris Peace Accord” on day one if he’s elected president? The Paris Peace Accord ended the Vietnam War in 1973. He probably meant the Paris Climate Agreement. Personally, I'd rather see him rejoin the Paris Peace Accord. Vietnamese people seem much nicer and more rational that those climate freaks.
