What a moron, a "black HBCU." Straight from the Department of Redundancy Department. Apparently he doesn't even know what HBCU stands for.
But this speech is a perfect example of what Yale scientists discovered a few years ago when they studied the difference between how liberals and conservatives talk to black people. I read about this today and it's hilarious. Liberal politicians patronize and talk down to black people when they give a speech. The Yale scientists studied the language used. Conservative politicians talk to a black audience exactly how they talk to a white audience because they assume black people are just people, but liberals assume the black people are stupid so they use smaller words and patronize them. The Yale scientists were flabbergasted. Being liberals themselves, they went to great pains trying to explain away the results of their study.
Yale research accidentally proved liberals more racist than conservatives.
