BLM can go into a neighborhood and block traffic, beat up white people, and burn building, no problem. But someone wants to actually go HELP someone, and some RINO jumps in and wants to regulate them.

Yea, I heard about that. They're worried about someone suing. Can't be sure if they're being jerks or realistic. I can see someone suing because they didn't get saved fast enough.
So pass a law against suing people that are there to help, instead of a law that discourages people from helping.

It's interesting "racist" Donald Trump is calling attention to the devastation in Louisiana for both blacks and whites living there, while "non-racist" Barack Obama is busy golfing with a bunch of rich white guys.
Likewise, "non-racist" old one-cankle-in-the-grave Hillary is nowhere to be found after blaming the only prominent black guy in the Bush administration for her email woes.
