As someone who has signed an NDA, intent is irrelevant. Period. If you mishandled classified info, you're prosecuted. And, they have email, in her own words, that describes intent. This is the rewards of that fetid meeting.
That is the part that I don't get. He kept going back to her not meaning shit happening... but when was that an issue in the past. I am sure Petraeus didn't mean for shit to happen but he did what he did and he still paid a price. Considering THE SCOPE of her activities her price should be considerably higher.

Doesn't surprise me. She's been getting away with shit like this for years. Hillary is so embedded in the government that she could murder someone in cold blood, with hundreds of witnesses, and get off scot-free. Pure corruption, through and through. This is what I see happening if she gets elected, within two years if I had to guess:
1) Massive influx of refugees into the country
2) Constant protests
3) Slow shutdown of government and basic services
4) Civil war
I don't think it will take two years before the shit meets fan, I am thinking about 6 months in...
