California AG Claims Rescinding DACA is Unconstitutional. It appears AG Pendejo got all touchy-feely with his bunghole and pulled this out.
But California Attorney General Xavier Becerra, who has vowed to lead the so-called “Resistance” to Trump, argued the opposite, claiming that the president’s decision to rescind DACA Tuesday was unconstitutional — though he did not explain why.

Truly a dumbass, He thinks he can sue to enforce an executive order that the courts said was unconstitutional, only a democrat could be that stupid.
Apparently AG Becerra studied Constitutional law at the University of Mars; it's obvious he's never read a copy of the US Constitution.
