This... is wrong on a lot of levels. Very very very wrong. The same people that force citizens' participation in activities they have the constitutional right to not participate in, are the same people trying to dissuade citizens from participating in activities they have the constitutional right to indeed participate in...
Water is dry... sky is ground... deserts are oceans...
What do you want to bet that the democrats are suing using taxpayer dollars? And if they lose, and the college students counter-sue for damages and legal fees, the taxpayers will pick up that tab, too.
Let the left make fools of themselves. If they're successful with this, Trump can just give the kids a pardon, and absolve them of any responsibility to pay damages. Then, they should counter sue the leftists for malicious prosecution, in a different district, and put them through hell.
Soon the Progressive poobahs in Sacramento will introduce legislation that will make it (TRIGGER WARNING - OFFENSIVE, RACIST XENOPHOBIC WORD COMING UP) illegal to be a conservative, a Republican, or anything other than an obedient leftist.
You just can't make this crap up. demorats have been trying to sell themselves as the party of fairness, equality, tolerance etc for decades but they're the most intolerant people in the country.
