California has replaced Florida as the butt of America’s jokes. With Governor Greassolini and the Democrat’s supermajority running things, not even the trains run on time.
Nowadays, if one is looking for joke fodder from a state full of political lunacy, social dysfunction and crumbling infrastructure one must now look elsewhere.
One must look to California.
Newsom’s parents-in-law not only moved from California to Florida, they gave money to The Friends of Ron DeSantis — a SuperPAC dedicated to re-electing the governor their son-in-law has made his nemesis. That one had to hurt.

Banning natural gas is stupid, especially for a state that can't manage to provide electricity dependably. So all their eggs will be in one basket and that basket is undependable. A recipe for disaster. And we don't even have to discuss the stupidity of replacing natural gas heaters with electric heaters that use electricity produced by natural gas... or even coal. California truly has become an idiocracy.
