Sounds to me like Johnny needs a father in his life who will take him to an outdoor camp full of boys where they do boy things and none of the boys wear dresses and they get dirty and play boy games and never bathe except by swimming in the lake and when they canoe they all try to tip each others' canoes over and they hide snakes in each others' beds and when they finally get in bed at night they all take turns trying to fart the loudest. Because Johnny has obviously been criminally damaged by his crazy mother and has spent far too much time around the female gender.
There is no explaining stupid and this is one of the stupidist things I've ever heard about.
