California’s cap-and-trade program may expand to rain forests. Here you go folks. BART breaks down almost daily, our roads are about in total in disrepair, Jerry Brown wants to increase taxes and guess what the greentards in Sacramento want to do with the cap and trade money they’re stealing out of your wallet?
They want to send it to some indian tribe in Brazil to save trees in the rain forest, which last time we looked took care of itself just fine.

Oh, now there's a great idea, has Moonbeam been sleeping with Rousseff?
Hey, what a tremendous benefit for the American consumer! Force California businesses to ship money to Brazil! Eleventy!
The whole cap and trade program was designed as a funnel for graft.
It's OK, just as long as the Dems end up with it. That was the whole plan.
You forgot to mention the millions of trees dying in the people's republic of kalifornia.
And the farmers that can't get water for their crops.
Is that Bruce Jenner's new Wheaties picture?
Brazil nut.
